Koroseal

Koroseal
Koroseal started in 1956 as part of the Fabricated Polymers division of B.F. Goodrich, producing commercial vinyl wallcoverings. In 1988, Koroseal was carved out of B.F. Goodrich through a management buyout to form RJF International. Koroseal grew significantly during these years by expanding both their sales force and product portfolio and through acquisitions of key companies and brands, such as Korogard Wall Protection, Walltalkers Presentation Surfaces and Metro Wallcoverings.

In 2014, an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital acquired the Interior Products Division of RJF International, creating Koroseal Interior Products. In 2015, Koroseal expanded their manufacturing and distribution capabilities by completing the build out of a new 300,000 square foot state-of-the-art “super facility” in Louisville, Kentucky. This new facility offered significant capacity for growth as well as strategic and operational advantages. This included the addition of in-house digital printing capability to enhance their custom digitally printed products and assume a leadership position in this growing market.
