Our policy lasts 15 days. All orders must be inspected within 5 days of receipt and returned within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
** Clients who do not request a sample before placing their order may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. **
Many of our products are made to order and are not returnable. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (flock, glass beads, etc). Custom goods such as made-to-order wallpaper, graphic design work, and test prints cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of a product that are cut off the bolt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returns accepted are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1 week of order. Other items may be produced on-demand or imported from overseas. If your project has a close deadline, please contact us to discuss expedited options.
Sample orders are sent from our Los Angeles headquarters. Some samples are held in our library and ship via USPS mail within 1-2 business days. Other samples are ordered in from our mills. Those samples may take 1-2 weeks before shipping. If you need samples right away, please contact us to discuss expedited options.
Processing time: Order processing, production, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer/warehouse within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer/warehouse processes the orders, which can take up to 1–3 days.
Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are delivered directly in about 3-7 business days. International delivery usually takes about 1-2 weeks.

Yes, we ship to England, Australia, Brazil, and World Wide. Extra shipping charges may incur due to consolidation.

The Design Studio is located at 15442 Ventura Bl. #201, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 - Los Angeles, California. We welcome customers and vendors by appointment only.

If you are an Architect, Design Firm or Retail Chain, we may have reps in your area. When filling out the signup form, please make sure to ask for a Sales Rep to call you.
We must approve your account to view pricing. Please sign up for an account. Please allow up to 1 hour during business hours for your account to be approved.
You may either call or go online for all domestic orders We accept checks, wire transfers, Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. Domestic clients may use PayPal or send a check for most transactions. International customers may place orders for less than $500 through PayPal. International orders above $500 require direct wire transfer payments.

Yes, we are a digital printer and screen printer with specialty licensed collections with wall artists. We can help to create, design, and print your wallpaper to your specifications.

DID I RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF ROLLS?
It appears that I have received less wallpaper than what I ordered. Many of our goods are packaged in triple or double rolls that are rolled in 1 physical roll. Ex. I ordered 3 single rolls of wallpaper and only received one roll.
WHY DO I NEED A SAMPLE?
The internet is a wonderful tool for general color and style however we cannot guarantee you will receive what you expected. If your firm chooses to waive a sample, we will be unable to accept a return of merchandise for any reason.
HOW MUCH DO SAMPLES COST?
Most samples cost $5 each plus shipping for international customers. Qualified Trade Professionals receive samples at no charge.
HOW LONG DO SAMPLES TAKE TO RECEIVE?
Most samples are in stock in our Los Angeles warehouse. If we do not have a sample in stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive.
I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL SHIPMENT OF SAMPLES
If you received a partial shipment of samples please be patient. The remaining samples will be received within 2 weeks. If you need them faster, we may be able to help.
