SMS Terms

By voluntarily checking an SMS consent box or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Designer Wallcoverings at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (888) 373-4564, or contact us.

Do Not Call requests

We honor valid consent withdrawals and applicable Do Not Call requests. If you add your mobile number to a federal, state, or company-specific Do Not Call list after opting in, please also reply STOP or contact us so we can promptly update our records. This notice does not limit our responsibility to honor applicable law or a valid opt-out request.

Transactional messages

Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages about an application, order, account, appointment, or other transaction where permitted by law.

Eligibility and mobile number changes

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. Tell us before changing or transferring the number so we can remove it from our marketing records.
